Exide Technologies Promotes Stefan Stübing to Executive Vice President and President, EMEA
Milton, Ga. – January 14, 2019 – Exide Technologies (www.exidegroup.com), a global provider of stored energy solutions for the transportation and industrial markets, announced today the promotion of Stefan Stübing to Executive Vice President and President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Mr. Stübing will report to Tim Vargo, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will lead Exide Technologies in the EMEA region from the Company’s European headquarters in Gennevilliers, France.

Mr. Stübing has more than 35 years of experience with Exide and was formerly the Vice President, Finance for Exide Europe. He most recently served as the interim Executive Vice President, EMEA since September of 2018.
